Diversified Construction was honored to help repeat client, Horowitz Health, with The Landing. Located in St. Paul, MN, The Landing was created to elevate mental healthcare.

The state-of-the-art facility features spacious accommodations, expansive community spaces and therapeutic settings to overcome mental health crises.

Construction included a full gut to the three-level building, increased structural support, opening up doorways and hallways for accessibility, 6 new furnaces and commercial kitchen upgrades.
