As a company that has performed hundreds of restaurant and food-service projects, we are honored to call many of these people our friends. Because of this, we feel an obligation to help out however we can, and wanted to share information on the Independent Restaurant Coalition’s letter to Congress, which was sent in on April 6th. Hundreds of well-known Chefs and Restaurateurs, including big names such as Tom Colicchio and Andrew Zimmern worked together to compile the letter, which requests changes to the CARE Act to specifically address the unique challenges faced in the restaurant industry.
