Diversified recently won not one, but TWO(!) awards for our Historic Preservation work at The Pence Automobile Company Building in downtown Minneapolis, which is on the National Historic Registrar. On behalf of the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota, Diversified was awarded a 2011 Minnesota Preservation Award, and on behalf of The Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission, Preserve Minneapolis and The Minneapolis Chapter of The American Institute of Architects, Diversified was awarded a 2011 Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Award.
