The Catzen Coffee project was one of those projects where the stars all aligned.

Vanessa Beardsley, Catzen’s visionary owner, approached Diversified Construction in the earliest stages—before the name, before the space, when it was still just a dream. We brought Studio M Architects on board right away, and together, we began the search for the perfect location.

Once the site was secured, the real magic began. Collaborating closely with Studio M and Vanessa, we transformed her vision into a vibrant reality: a cat café unlike any other.

The result? Better than we imagined. Funky, fun, warm, and inviting—Catzen Coffee is the kind of place where you can sip a great cup of coffee and, if you're so inclined, hang out with some feline friends. Prefer your latte without whiskers? No problem—the cats are tucked away in the lounge space, so you can enjoy the vibe on your own terms.
