Fork’d is a fresh, fun new concept from the creators of Bacio, offering elevated comfort food in a lively, welcoming space.

Located just around the corner from Bacio in Minnetonka, Fork’d is the latest venture from Bob Tinsley and Executive Chef Mike Zinser. The menu features craveable dishes like smashburgers, buffalo-brined wings, and the signature Panzza—pan-style pizza with a parmesan-crusted base—all crafted by the same culinary team behind Bacio.

From the beginning, Diversified Construction played a key role in bringing Fork’d to life, partnering in a Design-Build collaboration with Tanek and Boelter. This early involvement helped shape a space that’s as inviting as the menu—featuring cozy booths, energetic high-tops, and a vibrant bar perfect for game days, date nights, or casual hangs.

With a focus on flavor, consistency, and genuine hospitality, Fork’d delivers familiar favorites with a chef’s touch.
