Diversified Construction recently commenced construction at Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill downtown Minneapolis on Nicollet Mall. The restaurant will encompass 4 levels- basement, street level, mezzanine and rooftop and sprawl over 13,250 feet. The space will feature dark wood, vibrant colors and Asian accents such as large Buddha’s throughout the space. The street level dining area will feature bi-fold doors which will open the dining experience up onto the Mall. The anticipated open is early June, just in time for rooftop dining season! Ling & Louie’s comes to you from the team behind Rojo and Kona Grill; Minneapolis is Ling & Louie’s 7th location nation-wide, 1st in MN.
