Diversified Construction will soon wrap up construction at the Union restaurant downtown Minneapolis. Union is located in the iconic Shinders Building at 8th St. and Hennepin Avenue, along with design and marketing firm Shea’s brand new offices. The building has gone through a complete overhaul and Diversified was involved in the construction of Union as well as the affiliated Marquee Lounge located in the basement. One of the main construction elements was installing a first of its kind retractable glass structure on the rooftop which will allow diners to enjoy the rooftop all year long.
