When a financial services company in Edina set out to reimagine their 17,000-square-foot office space, they wanted an environment that felt as sharp and dependable as their business. Diversified Construction was proud to bring that vision to life.

The remodel came with its share of surprises — including a hidden issue with the building's main water supply pipe and a mid-construction rooftop unit modification that required engineer and city sign-off. A change like that could easily have cost weeks; fast coordination kept the delay to just two.

The finished space reflects the company's brand and professionalism throughout, with a retrofitted HVAC system and sound-mitigation measures for improved comfort and privacy. Glass office walls add a sleek, open feel, balanced with careful acoustic detailing to keep sensitive conversations private. An open breakroom with a large kitchen doubles as event space for community gatherings, anchored by a repurposed fireplace and seating area that add warmth and a natural place to connect.
