Our Project Management Job description includes all activity from initial call to project completion.
10+ years of successful commercial general contracting project management experience required.
Experience estimating and managing your own projects, with emphasis in any of the following areas:
- TENANT IMPROVEMENT
- NEW CONSTRUCTION
PM Team Management:
Experience or demonstrated ability and desire to on-board, train and manage a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
Includes oversight of projects throughout the sales cycle and project cycle to ensure “The Diversified Way”.
Includes working with Project Manager’s to ensure profitability standards and other metrics.
Project Management Software:
Experience working within a Project Management software such as SCPC or Procore is required.
Duties will include helping “launch” a new PM software company-wide and ensure continued use and success. This process has been started internally.
