In memory of two very special friends of Diversified Construction, Dermot Rowland and Antonio Bernardi, Diversified has made contributions to the American Brain Tumor Association and The University of St. Thomas Opening Doors Campaign.
Dermot Rowland was the founder of Diversified Construction, but more importantly was family to several employees and remained a close friend to many others. Dermot played a large role in developing many well recognized brands throughout both the Twin Cities and nationally, including TimberLodge Steakhouse and Q. Cumbers.
Antonio Bernardi was a valued client and friend of Diversified’s. Antonio had a significant impact on the commercial real estate industry and developed industrial, residential, retail and medical buildings throughout the Twin Cities.
