Diversified Construction recently completed construction at Northern Brewer in Minneapolis. Northern Brewer provides beer connoisseurs with everything they need to brew their own creation. Construction also recently wrapped up at FRWD Co, a digital media firm in Minneapolis’ Northloop. FRWD’s suite has many unique elements including a large skylight which was inherited with the space and features three oversized light fixtures hanging from it as well as floor to ceiling glass separating offices from the common areas.

October, 2011

Construction recently completed at Cedar Lake Wine and Spirits in St. Louis Park. The boutique liquor store offers a great selection of beer, wine and spirits in a warm, upscale environment. Construction recently wrapped up at Stanley’s Northeast bar Room, where the banquet room was remodeled. Construction is underway at Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Eden Prairie and Oakdale, Qdoba in Eagan, Café Sati in Woodbury, Smashburger and Freestyle Yogurt in St. Paul.

September, 2011

Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial Builder & Remodeler, recently commenced construction at Smashburger in St. Paul, Qdoba in Eagan, CRAVE in Coral Gables, Florida, and at Northern Brewer in Minneapolis.

August, 2011

Diversified Construction recently completed construction at The Lowry in the former Hollywood Video building on Hennepin Avenue in Uptown. Construction is underway on a new office space for FRWD Co. downtown Minneapolis and at Cub Foods Plaza in Rochester, work being performed include a major exterior façade remodel and a 10,000 sf addition.

May, 2011

Diversified Construction recently completed construction at the Crave restaurant downtown Minneapolis in LaSalle Plaza. Crave’s brand new 6,500 square foot rooftop patio, complete with a kitchen, bar and bathrooms, will open early June. Also recently completed is a remodel at Sunrise Senior Living in Edina on France Ave. Construction included a new hair salon, dining room, office, living room and the addition of an exterior porch, all for residents of the Reminiscence Care floor. Construction was completely organized around residents and staff without disruption to their everyday routines. Construction is underway at The Lowry on Hennepin Avenue in Uptown, a new restaurant concept by Blue Plate Restaurant Company.

March, 2011

Diversified Construction recently commenced construction at Complete Nutrition in Eden Prairie, Sopranos Italian Kitchen in St. Louis Park, Dudak Production, Inc. in Chaska, and Massera Massage in Chanhassen. Construction was recently completed at Weiden + Kennedy and at People Serving People, both downtown Minneapolis.

Diversified Construction recently completed construction at Lube Tech in Golden Valley, CB Burnet in Eden Prairie, Advanced Laser in St. Louis Park, The Art Institutes International MN in Minneapolis, and the newest Smashburger in Eden Prairie.

Construction is underway at Crave downtown Minneapolis, Masu Sushi & Robata in northeast Minneapolis, People Serving People in Minneapolis, Complete Nutrition in Eden Prairie, Parker Hannifin in Golden Valley, and at Sprint in Hudson, WI.

Construction is underway at the newest Smashburger location in Eden Prairie, Advanced Laser in St. Louis Park, Heritage Place in Roseville, Sunrise Senior Living in Edina, Bimbo Bakeries in Savage, and at Weiden & Kennedy downtown Minneapolis. Diversified Construction recently completed construction at The Refinery Salon in Minneapolis, Brooks Dental in Farmington, and for the Sartell Group downtown Minneapolis.

Diversified Construction recently completed construction at Wedding Day Diamonds and Bergstrom Jewelers in the Shops at The West End in St. Louis Park. Wedding Day and Bergstroms were Diversified’s 2nd and 3rd projects at the new West End development, Crave restaurant being the first. Diversified was also recently awarded the contract for Masu Sushi & Robata, a new Japanese restaurant to occupy the former Let’s Cook space at 300 E. Hennepin Avenue in Northeast Minneapolis. SHEA and Tim McKee are working with Masu’s owners on the design and concept.

Diversified Construction recently completed construction of new corporate offices for Alberto Culver, Allen Edmonds, and Ghirardelli Chocolate, all downtown Minneapolis. Diversified also recently completed construction of the new Bergstrom Jewelers location in The Shops at West End. Bergstrom Jewelers opened November 1.

October, 2010

Diversified Construction recently commenced construction at Wedding Day Diamonds at the West End in St. Louis Park, Brooks Dental in Farmington, and the Art Institute of Minnesota at 800 Hennepin in downtown Minneapolis’ Pence Building. Build out of the 3rd floor 12,000 s.f. space will include Computer Classrooms, Digital Darkroom, Photo Studio and Lecture Rooms. Ai Minnesota currently occupies the 1st and 2nd Floor. Recently completed projects include David Amos Photography in St. Louis Park, 5 Guys Burgers & Fries in Dinkytown at the University of Minnesota’s campus in Minneapolis, and at CRAVE in Omaha, NE at the new Midtown Crossing Development.

August, 2010

Diversified Construction recently commenced construction at Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Dinkytown, Verizon Wireless in Chaska, CRAVE in Omaha, NE and David Amos Photography in St. Louis Park. Recently completed projects include Bella in Blaine, CRAVE in Orlando, FL, IKEA showroom in Bloomington, and an office space for the Sartell Group at 800 Hennepin in downtown Minneapolis.

June, 2010

Diversified Construction recently commenced construction at LSG Sky Chefs in Minneapolis, Papa Johns in St. Paul, and at the fifth Crave location in Omaha, NE, in the new Midtown Crossing mixed use development. Diversified recently completed construction at Fantastic Sams in St. Louis Park in the Miracle Mile Shopping Center, and at STEP (St. Louis Park Emergency Program), which provides resources for St. Louis Park residents in need. Also recently completed, a new 44,000 s.f. Nissan Car Dealership for Feldmann Imports located at 4851 American Blvd. West, in Bloomington.The new building includes a 2 story showroom with ceramic tile, wood panels and glass rail walkway, 2 lane service drive with high speed doors, 2 large service bays, customer lounge, general offices and a state of the art car wash. Diversified completed renovations of Feldmann Imports Mercedes at 4901 American Blvd West in Bloomington earlier this year.

April, 2010

Diversified Construction recently commenced construction at Crave in Omaha, NE, Fantastic Sams in St. Louis Park at the Miracle Mile Center, and at Bruegger’s Bagels in Eden Prairie. Construction is in progress at The Fish Guy in Tonka Bay, Feldmann Imports Nissan in Bloomington, and at Costco in Maple Grove. Diversified Construction recently completed construction at MN Gynecology and Surgery in Edina, Crave in Orlando, FL, and a private dining room expansion at Crave at the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park.

March, 2010

Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial Builder and Remodeler, was recently awarded the contract for Fantastic Sams in St. Louis Park. Construction commenced on a private dining room expansion at Crave at the West End in St. Louis Park, and a new Vision World in Stillwater.
Construction was recently completed at The Tavern Grill in Blaine, which is scheduled to open mid-April, a new video studio for The Art Institute of Minneapolis, Discover Strength, Palm Beach Tan, Godfathers Pizza, and at Feldmann Imports Mercedes in Bloomington. The renovation consisted of revising the existing building to meet the latest design criteria established by Mercedes-Benz.

February 2010

Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial Builder and Remodeler, has recently been awarded contracts for Arthur Murray Dance Studio in St. Paul, Discover Strength, a strength training facility in Plymouth, Palm Beach Tan in Eden Prairie and The Tavern Grill in Blaine. The Tavern Grill is occupying the former Bella Restaurant location at Club West Parkway. Construction is underway at Feldmann Imports Mercedes and Feldmann Imports Nissan in Bloomington, Five Guys Burgers & Fries in Maple Grove, and at Crave in Orlando, FL. This is the fourth Crave to be built by Diversified Construction, and the first Crave to be built outside of MN.

January, 2010

Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial Builder and Remodeler, has recently been awarded contracts for Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Maple Grove and Godfather’s Pizza in Burnsville. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on Eden Prairie Liquor Store, and Crave restaurant at the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park. This is the third Crave restaurant in Minnesota to be built by Diversified Construction. Also recently completed was CiCi’s Pizza in W. St. Paul. This is the fourth Cici’s Pizza in Minnesota to be built by Diversified Construction.

December, 2009

Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurant in Maple Grove. Construction is underway on Feldmann Imports Mercedes and Feldmann Imports Nissan car dealerships in Bloomington, Erik’s Bike Shop and Eden Prairie Liquor Store in Eden Prairie. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on Crave, an upscale Sushi restaurant at the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park; this is the third Crave restaurant in Minnesota to be built by Diversified Construction, and CiCi’s Pizza in W. St. Paul. Diversified has also recently completed office space for True Insurance in St. Louis Park at The Excelsior & Grand development, Wolfmotell, now Modern Climate, and Parameters office spaces, both located at downtown Minneapolis’ Pence Building at 800 Hennepin.
