Project Manager

Diversified Construction is looking for a VERY SPECIAL INDIVIDUAL to join our team. Our Project Management Job description includes all activity from initial call to project completion, in a dynamic, high-quality and high-service environment.

Requirements

At least 5 years of successful commercial general contracting project management experience, including estimating and running your own projects is required, with emphasis in any of the following areas:

NEW CONSTRUCTION
TENANT IMPROVEMENT
RESTAURANT
MEDICAL/DENTAL
RETAIL

THIS SALARIED POSITION HAS UNLIMITED INCOME POTENTIAL FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN ESTIMATE AND MANAGE THEIR OWN PROJECTS!!! (Superintendents are available to run larger projects).
