Diversified Construction is pleased to have received the following recognition for its commitment to quality and professional excellence.

The Modern Climate headquarters project recently received a nomination for the Top Projects of 2009 Awards, put on annually by Finance and Commerce. The Top Projects Awards is a “celebration of the industry’s many ground-breaking achievements”, and does not have one Award recipient but rather celebrates and honors all nominated projects equally. Diversified Construction is proud to have been the General Contractor on this project, and congratulates all who contributed to this meritable project.

Recipient of the Associated Builders and Contractors STEP Platinum Award in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and the STEP Gold Award in 2009 . This award provides special recognition for companies for achievement and ongoing efforts in the development of a quality safety program. Among the criteria for this prestigious award are: A recordable rate of injury at least 25% below the industry average, Achievement of appropriate levels on a survey of twenty key safety components, and a Statement from the company’s insurance agency supporting the company’s safety record.
