Company History/Philosophy
Based in Minneapolis, Diversified Construction offers over 40 years of general contracting experience in commercial construction and remodeling. Our team consists of trades people of the highest quality and integrity. We have also developed long-standing working relationships with some of the finest sub-contractors available. Together we maintain only the highest levels of craftsmanship. To reinforce our quality reputation we are licensed, insured and bondable.

Leadership

James J. Rowland

President / CEO
As the President and CEO of Diversified, James develops, implements and monitors the strategic goals and objectives of Diversified, including overseeing project management, delivery, and upholding the highest industry standards.

A 23 year industry veteran, James’ passion and dedication to the organization and its mission to continually meet and exceed clients expectations results in continued success.

James makes it a point to visit as many job sites as he can, and to follow up with clients during and/or after their project to ensure their satisfaction.

Brian Petersen

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer of Diversified Construction, Brian plans and directs all aspects of the organization's operational policies, objectives, initiatives, and directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth. Brian is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals. Brian also implemented and manages Diversified Construction's safety program that has won several platinum level awards.

Brian grew up in a “construction family”, and joined Diversified as COO in 1995.
